Jackie MilesDirectorJackie came to Golden in 2017 after working as a librarian at the Calgary Public Library for several years. Originally from Ontario, she has moved many times but never felt like she was home until she came to Golden. With professional experience ranging from management in the hospitality industry, to knowledge management at the Department of Global Affairs, to directing the marketing and fund development for a senior's focused nonprofit, Jackie is currently the Executive Director of the Kicking Horse Chamber of Commerce, while also running her own relocation services business. She began putting her experience to work supporting the food insecure in Golden and Area A as a member of the Food Bank board almost as soon as she moved to Golden and hasn't looked back. As an avid community supporter she also works with the Opt Clinic, and has volunteered with local events like the Golden Ultra.

Gladys is originally from the Outaouais region of Canada and has lived in Golden for the last five years. Her favorite meal to cook is spaghetti sauce because it's so versatile. She also loves to camp when given the chance. This is her first time on a board like this so she is looking forward to some new experiences!
