Ingredients & Instructions
1. Heat a large saucepan. Add oil, heat briefly. 2. Add onion to the pan and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes or until onions soften and start to brown at the edges. 3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. 4. Add minced garlic, if using, and cook for an additional minute. 5. Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and garlic powder (if using). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over your favorite pasta. Makes 12 servings |
