Ingredients & Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, breadcrumbs, and egg, and stir lightly.
2. Add the onion , celery, garlic and pepper and mix again. Form the mixture into four patties.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook patties, covered until golden brown. Flip the patties and cook the other side for 5 minutes.
